The Position

Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination of SAP master data activities with regard to Roche(Suzhou) technical transfer and design transfer products including Material Master data/Equipment Master data/ QC related Mater data life cycle management, system maintenance and related project support.Analyze business requirements, coordinate and deliver customized electronic dashboards while providing daily support.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Work closely with internal stakeholders like MFG, QC and QA to ensure timely SAP material master maintenance.Work closely with internal stakeholders like TS, MFG and QC to ensure timely SAP equipment master maintenance.Create and maintain inspection type, inspection plan etc. QC related master data Management.Be accountable for the data accuracy and completeness.Be responsible for the redundant data cleansing activities.Monitor related KPIs and provide reports accordingly.First level support to Instrument operation team.Skill matrix and authority management, organize regular SAP trainings to Instrument operation team.Be the member developing Instrument operation team related system/process solutions, support daily operation activities, TT projects or process improvements projects. Work closely with the DOD instrument operation sites to standardize business processes and implement best practices.Be the digital work stream representative for Instrument operation team, understand and analyze business requirements, coordinate and deliver customized electronic dashboards, offer continuous support to resolve any issues or make adjustments as business needs evolve. Regularly review and update dashboards to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with current business objectives.Other tasks assigned by managers/Ad-hocs.
