Senior Master Scheduler

If you are a Planning/Scheduling professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting position for you! Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will work with production, engineering, and internal customers to implement production schedules according to customer demand. You will also handle business system data to effectively leverage capacity and inventory, assist with introduction of new products, and contribute to improvements activities relating to supply planning, inventory, and service level.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Leading in the development of a Build Plan that meets the company’s safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives.  Leading or participating in product hold and supply disruption recovery teams and communicates via Global Recovery Communication Process. Analyzing and responding to service level & inventory metrics and leads continuous improvement projects. Leading or participating in cross-functional project improvements and kaizen events and represents the departmental goals and objectives. Monitoring and reporting performance of the plan in order to meet the company's service level and lead-time objectives. Recommending inventory levels to meet customer speed requirements or forecast targets. Representing the group on ECO/NPD implementations and works to reduce impact on inventory. Who You Are:

You communicate through multiple mediums to various members in the organization conveying a clear understandable message based on the needs of the individual audience members.
