Job Description:

The Senior Material Handler will be part of a small team but will make a big impact.  This role will be primarily in kitting, material handling and inventory.

Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.Execute Cycle Counting program and investigate and present supervisor with root cause analysis.  Implement process improvements as needed.Packing products for warehouse storage and shipments.Responsible for Receiving Production, kitting and inventory management.Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager.Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members.Experience working with an ERP System as well as Agile.Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.Knowledge of ESD material guidelines.Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.HS Diploma or GED required.5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.US Citizenship/Permanent US Residency RequiredSelf-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $16.50 - $31.73.*
