Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The primary function of this role is to take ownership of the mechanical engineering and design of electronics products. This key individual will utilize there knowledge of plastics and light metals help create our body controls based products.

Daily Responsibilities

Participate in an interdisciplinary development team, you will be involved in mechanical designs for Body Product Center products such as digital key, closures, or seat modulesTake on the responsibility to create 3D models, drawings and prototypes in collaboration with other domains such as hardware , systems and manufacturing internally and external customers and suppliersDevelop innovative technology concepts, taking into account product and process requirements, cost targets, sustainability aspects, and benchmarking activitiesPerform design reviews with customer and internal managementCollaborate closely with series development, our technology department, central early development, and external partners such as suppliersCreate DFMEA, review with internal and external stake holders
