Key Responsibilities:

Innovate and Validate: Understand and verify specifications for new product development, ensuring designs are economical and efficient. Collaborate: Assist internal and external team members throughout the development process. Optimize Performance: Perform advanced calculations to assess and optimize design performance. Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions. Travel: Occasionally travel to customer plants to investigate and advise on engineering problems. Stay Current: Keep up with industry developments by reviewing technical literature, especially on simulation and prototyping. Customer Focus: Maintain a positive approach and build effective relationships with customers, co-workers, and visitors.

Who You Are:

Educational Background: BS in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 7+ years in a similar role. Skills: Versatility in engineering activities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid computer skills. Attributes: Highly motivated, able to work under stress and meet deadlines, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
