The main missions of the role are to:
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design and development of new or existing electronic products, in line with planning, process, quality and cost targets. He/she produces complete engineering designs translated in CAD models and creates all the associated documentation. The main missions of the role are to:
    Design products using CAD/CAE tools and to perform design analysis and evaluation;
    Design plastic, sheet metal and casting components within QCD targets, release design documentation;
    Verify and validate design integrity on bench and in vehicle;
    Follow engineering design process and product release procedures.
 

Qualifications : 
    Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering; 
    Experience in electronics product design;
    Experience in automotive or consumer electronics product design will be a plus;
    Excellent knowledge of plastic, sheet metal and casting;
    Strong design analytical skills;
    Knowledge of rapid prototyping and plastic and sheet metal tooling will be an advantage;
    Good knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE design tools, virtual prototyping and simulation is an added advantage;
    With task/project planning and participate in new product development with others as a team;
    Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required;
    Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products;
    Intercultural and open mindset, overseas experiences a plus;
    Flexibility for frequent business travel.
