Job Responsibilities

Assume responsibility and effectively interface with clients, architects, and other trades.Present design options to the team, architects, and clients for evaluation.Manage within a team environment on multiple design and construction projects.Ensure project deliverables and schedules are met by managing time and budget effectively.Coordinate all A/E disciplines and project aspects.Utilize field experience to understand construction principles, methods, and best practices.Prepare construction documents and sketches using AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and Revit MEP.

Additional Details

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.Licensed P.E.Excellent written and oral communication skills.10+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.10+ years of experience utilizing AutoCAD MEP & Revit.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Prolog.Experience managing projects and junior staff.Thorough understanding of local and State codes, including NYC Mechanical, Building, Energy Conservation, and Fire Protection codes.Strong understanding of A/E disciplines and project coordination.Field experience with construction principles, methods, and best practices.
