We are looking for a creative and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to perform tasks and provide technical leadership and support at all stages of full lifecycle product development for Gearboxs, transimissions which coupling with electrical motor. Experience with Mechanical drive system(Gearbox, bridges, transmissions) is highly desirable. Significant experience with the specification, analysis and testing of Engineering materials is also desirable.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
•Strong experience of mechanical design of Gearbox and Transimission products.
•Work with global product portfolio team for finalizing the detail technical specification.
•Lead the design according to the target of specification and product schedule.
•Skilled on the materials and corresponding processing techniques to perform best practice to meet the target of perfomance, quality and cost.
•Establish the verification and validation plan and lead implemantation.
•Responsible for daily product maintenance and assisting in resolving technical issues on the production site.
•Strong minset of cost and Provide material and process cost analyze with purchase and manufacture team.
•Evaluate local suppliy chain with purchase team in technical point of view, audit the technical ability of local suppliers.
•Strong experience and minset of IATF16949 and implement accordinly.
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
•Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineeringy.
•Experience with engineering analysis tools for example Kisssoft or Romax or Master ,ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar.
•2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling experience, Siemens NX with Teamcenter experience is highly desired.
•Excellent technical writing skills to generate concise engineering reports and provide accurate engineering documentation.
•Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis for product design.
•Strong hands-on skills, familiar with using various assembly tools
High Level Ability to:
•Read, analyze and interpret common technical journals to identify new technologies and trends.
•Effectively present information to development engineers, production operators, management teams and public groups.
•Apply advanced mathematical concepts, including statistics, to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques and sampling theory.
•Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
•Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
