Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized Professional Staffing and Recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with project management experience. This is a great opportunity with an engineering firm out in the Michigan area.

Responsibilities:
Apply mechanical engineering design knowledge and create final construction drawings throughout the entire construction process Produces engineering design elements consistent with project specifications and troubleshoots flaws in accordance with the project hours, scope, and parameters. Provides complete management of project timelines and related design activity communication between the design team and the client accurately and timely. In accordance with company standards, helps in the preparation of accurate and complete proposals and engineering agreements. Provides project coordination with in-house and outside sources. Provides timely consultation on projects to manage schedules, deadlines, site surveys, punch lists, building codes and standards consistent with company quality standards. Accurately and consistently execute QA/QC process. Provide timely billing of projects to accounting department. Actively participates in post design activities and represents the company in client meetings, through construction completion  
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Ten (10) years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering required. Fives (5) years of Project Management experience required Mechanical HVAC design experience PE License (Preferred) Willing to travel to client sites when needed
