Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and potentially licensed (PE) Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing HVAC and plumbing systems for science and technology buildings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping design, as well as proficiency in P&ID documentation.

ResponsibilitiesDesign HVAC and plumbing systems for science and technology buildings.Create and review P&ID documentation.Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to ensure project specifications are met.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Essential SkillsLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)12+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system designProficient in RevitKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping designExperience with P&ID documentationAdditional Skills & QualificationsTwo or four-year graduate of a technical school or college10+ years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial and institutional buildingsHealthcare industry experience or connectionsCarrier load design experienceWork Environment

You will be working in a small, privately held office alongside one electrical engineer. The company offers a hybrid work environment, providing a balance between remote and in-office work. Yearly bonuses ranging from 10-50% of salary are offered based on title and performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
