You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. + You will provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members. + You will collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. + You will ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met. + You will review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications. + You will work closely with other disciplines to develop integrated solutions. + You will maintain and manage relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. **What you’ll bring to WSP:** + A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering consulting industry focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings. + A valid PEO license. + LEED Accreditation and sustainable design experience is an asset. + Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards. Proficiency in relevant software to mechanical design, such as REVIT and HAP. + Demonstrated experience in leading the design of mechanical systems across various facility types. + Proven ability to lead a mechanical design team across complex multidisciplinary projects. + Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. + An ability to work collaboratively. + Desire to participate in client management and business development activities. **WSP** is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
