Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial and industrial projects. You will analyze blueprints, request vendor and subcontractor prices, and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client needs.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze blueprints and project documents to prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.\nCommunicate with clients to gather necessary data.\nUse estimating software (EST MEP, QuoteSoft) for detailed estimates.\nPerform quantity take-offs and pricing for mechanical systems.\nConduct site surveys to collect data and work with vendors\/subcontractors for pricing.\nCollaborate with project teams to resolve challenges and maintain organized estimate files.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nProficient in EST MEP, QuoteSoft, Microsoft Office.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.\n5-10 years of mechanical estimating experience.\nValid PA driver's license.\n\n

Education\/Certifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical school preferred.\nIndustry certifications or estimating coursework a plus.\n\n

Working Conditions:\n\nOffice and fieldwork, including site visits. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.\n\n
