Job Description:

Review and prepare RFQ documents including MR, Datasheet, SPEC and Design Criteria documents and respond to document comments
Review technical documents of vendors and Deviation List 10.
Conduct necessary correspondence with employers and vendors to resolve comments and obtain approval.
Qualification requirements:

Proficient in designing fixed mechanical equipment and familiar with rotary equipment.
Familiar with standards related to piping and mechanics ASME, IPS, API.
Familiar with PMS 4 documents and perform sizing calculations.
Ability to work with modeling software (PDMS) and proficient in NAVISWORK software.
Ability to conduct necessary correspondence with employers and vendors to resolve comments and obtain approval.
Familiar with ITP and MPS certificates.
Engineering experience in EPC projects.
Familiar with oil, gas and power plant projects.
Familiar with business in the oil, gas and power plant industries.
Familiarity with EPC projects in the oil, gas and power plant industry.
Familiarity with oil tenders and the ability to prepare estimates.
Familiarity with engineering disciplines.
Familiarity with the principles of evaluating contractors.
Familiarity with oil and power plant employers and their working principles.
