Hilton is seeking a Senior Media Analytics Manager to support a new marketing and loyalty investment program that has been identified as our most significant department change to date.

\n

The Senior Media Analytics Manager will support with Hilton's paid media investment strategy, deliver key analysis of our program performance and inform the business on proposed adjustments to hit our ambitious business targets. Specifically, this person will help to determine the optimal level of investment in our digital marketing channels across the EMEA region. They will be responsible for leading the analysis to measure the impact of the program and deliver reporting,  using econometrics modelling (MMM)) inputs and alignment to commercial insights. This is a pivotal role to pull together many performance datasets to ensure that the program is elevated within not only the marketing and loyalty department but the business beyond.

What will I be doing? 

\n

As the Senior Media Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks: 

\n\nProvide recommendations to our media strategy to planning and delivery teams through your data analysis of commercial and media performance data\nUse our econometrics modelling (MMM) to provide insights on media effectiveness and incrementality. You will have access to our third-party tools to self-serve as well as leverage agency support\nCollate, read and analyse many marketing, commercial and consumer insight datasets to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly insights on program delivery\nProvide adjusted forecasts of media performance to rolling targets with support of in-house media teams\nWork closely with our reporting specialist to ensure available reporting views are correct and have the right level of detail\nOwn program workstreams from inception to delivery with tasks tracked and monitored\nAlign with commercial stakeholders across the business to ensure the program has access to the correct reports to enhance program analysis\nDeliver presentations to stakeholders of varying seniority with confidence\n\n

 

What are we looking for? 

\n\nExperience in marketing and analytics\nWorking experience in econometrics modelling (MMM) and proven application to digital media channels (Neustar, Analytic partners etc.)\nA strong understanding of the role off all marketing channels including SEO, direct, digital media and above the line\nExperience with lower funnel marketing analytics and digital marketing analytics tools (ideally Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics)\nDeep understanding of media effectiveness and how different solutions work together with a focus on attribution and incrementality\nProven ability to deliver high specification presentations that tell a clear narrative with data cuts to support\nSome knowledge of SQL and BI tools (PowerBI, Microstrategy etc.) would be a plus \n\n
