Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** As a Regional Media Planning Manager, you will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local media teams to optimize regional strategies and drive operational excellence across various locations. You will play a critical role in aligning regional activities with global guidelines and ensuring seamless execution and reporting of media initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and facilitate effective communication across teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Collaborate closely with account leads to develop and implement regional guidelines in alignment with global strategies. + Serve as the key day-to-day client lead, managing client expectations and operational needs efficiently. + Support account/network leadership on all operational and network matters, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to strategic goals. + Drive local and hub adoption of global guidelines, mandates, and benchmarks through effective communication and training. + Oversee and ensure media deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and client objectives. + Manage transitions and activation timelines across regional hubs to ensure seamless integration and execution. + Develop and manage cross-country planning and buying processes, scopes, and billing workflows to streamline operations. + Manage finance and billing requests, providing status updates and resolving issues with the finance team and local markets. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. + 6 - 8 years of experience in media planning, with a preference for candidates who have worked with global or regional clients. + Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. + Ability to adapt and work flexibly with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. + Demonstrated interest and understanding of the digital media ecosystem. + Familiarity with media implementation processes, timelines, and innovative digital tactical planning approaches. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. + Supervisory skills and experience leading large size team + Technical proficiency in media systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
