About the role 

Reporting to the Director of TWE’s In-House Agency (Splash), this role is pivotal in planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on digital media campaigns. You will play a key part in driving brand growth and sales, collaborating with internal teams, and managing campaigns across a variety of platforms.

Drive long-term brand building and short-term sales activations for key ANZ brands. Collaborate with Brand, DTC, IT, and creative teams to develop integrated strategies. Develop and execute digital strategies for key campaign periods. Manage and optimise campaigns across social, search, video, display, and more. Provide insightful reporting, share media trends, and facilitate media partner discussions.

 

About you 

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable media professional with a proven track record in online media and advertising. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing a proactive, organised approach to every campaign, and are passionate about driving results through strategic media planning and execution.

Experience in programmatic media planning and buying (TTD experience preferred). Expertise in managing brand and performance campaigns, with solid reporting skills. Familiar with media tools for planning, tracking, optimisation, and reporting. Agency experience and strong account management skills. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Retail Media platforms.
