Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Senior Medical Education Associate with Stryker’s Surgical Technologies team, you will oversee the scheduling, planning, logistics and execution of the Mobile Experience stops across the country. These customer-facing education events bring awareness to the problems healthcare is facing today, and how we provide safety solutions to elevate the standard of care. In this role, you will partner with our Marketing teams, salesforce, leadership and MedEd counterparts to produce impactful events, with engaging content.

**This opportunity is a hybrid role based out of Kalamazoo, Mi.**

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute Medical Education programsCoordinate vendors and internal partners, to produce each stopGather, organize and communicate data and information from each eventSupport and execute within our budgeting guidelinesEducate salesforce on Mobile Lab process and best practicesUnderstand customer profiles, and adapt content and messaging appropriatelyObtain understanding of marketing/sales related event coordinationObtain product and procedural knowledge

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree required2+ years of work experience required2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferredPrior experience in event planning preferred

Travel Percentage: 50%
