**About the role**
Embark on a transformational journey at Reckitt as our Senior Manager of Medical Marketing. In this pivotal role, you'll craft strategic marketing programmes that resonate with healthcare professionals and elevate our brand's reputation. Your work will be instrumental in fostering trust and driving product recommendations. With a global perspective, you'll champion campaigns that shape the medical marketing landscape, and your collaboration with top medical minds will leave a lasting imprint on our industry.
**Your responsibilities**
In summary, you'll:
- Develop and execute global medical marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Engage with scientific and clinical data to create compelling omnichannel communication programmes, aimed at healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and professional organisations to bolster our external partnerships.
- Enhance our medical marketing capabilities across the organisation to reinforce brand and category relevance.
- Manage medical marketing budgets effectively, delivering plans on time and within resources.
**The experience we're looking for**
- Proven background in healthcare marketing, communications, or professional relations within nutrition, consumer health, or pharmaceuticals.
- In-depth understanding of the global healthcare landscape, adept at working with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Analytical and creative thinker with strategic planning abilities, comfortable handling medical terminology and data.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of fostering collaboration with both internal partners and external influencers.
- Skilled at engaging with digital marketing strategies and tools tailored to healthcare professionals.
