POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES(Senior)/Medical Representatives (MR) will identify customer needs, support pull-through of demand generation activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensure that Our Company is viewed as demonstrating value and better health outcomes to healthcare professionals and their patients.
The Representative is responsible for thoroughly understanding the dynamics within the territory (e.g. impact of managed care, customers, competitors, and patient demographics) and for drawing upon this knowledge to develop and implement a comprehensive Business action plan by cycle

Vietnam Pharmaceutical policies and regulations
To Identify short and long-term business opportunities and define smart business objectives
And develop business action for each business cycle to utilize company’s resources to achieve business objectives
Account Plan Implementation and TrackingExecute business action plan in assigned territory to ensure achieved KPIs as business action plan.
Monthly track KPIs and share the progress with District Manager
Well collaborate with support teams: Marketing; tender; medical; SFE… in implementation and other team to maximize company resources.
Proactively propose to adjust activities if any challenges or opportunities (environment; policies; regulation; competitiveness…) which impact to business.
Display professional Our Company's MR during interaction with customers and bring good solutions for HCPs and patients
AdministrationEnsure compliance with company policy,
Maintain accurate customer call records and ensure all data entered into Our Company's connect
Reporting in timely & accurate manner as Our Company's required
Active participation in team meetings, training & development programs.
Desired Experience/Education/Skills:Pharmacist; Medical Doctor
3+ years of pharmaceutical sales role
Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy
Understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems
PreferredPrevious secondary care sales experience
Previous experience within the Therapeutic area and/or customer base
Key account management experience including clinical and administrative customers
