Senior Medical Representative Hematology - Iași area

General Overview:

The Medical Representative is responsible for meeting sales objectives by implementing the tactical sales plan within their assigned territory. This involves completing approved promotional activities and encouraging professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs). The role also requires effective communication of scientifically validated information about diseases and the company's products to HCPs while maintaining a positive and professional company image in the designated area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Execution:

Develop and complete a strategic plan to meet sales targets within the assigned territory.Schedule and deliver preplanned presentations to current and prospective customers.Regularly visit customer locations to gather insights on orders, market trends, and driven activities.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to address them.Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs and other collaborators.Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations to customers.Follow up with customers to resolve issues, provide clarifications, and ensure happiness.Identify and engage potential new customers to expand the customer base.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and submit sales reports, market insights, and other documentation as the need arises.Analyze data to identify trends, potential challenges, and growth opportunities.Provide relevant market feedback to management for informed decision-making.Teamwork and Cross-Functional Projects:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and flawless customer service.Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.Assist the Product Manager in developing communication and training materials for the sales team.Mentor newly hired Medical Representatives, sharing standard processes and mentorship.Compliance and Safety:Implement to Safe Fleet requirements and all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Promptly report any product quality complaints (PQC) or adverse events (AE) to the Local Safety Unit, in compliance with company protocols.Main Interactions:
