These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the therapeutic area of interest (e.g. respiratory, allergology) Identify and engage the external community appropriately in robust scientific dialogue that generates insight and advances scientific and medical understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy. Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities across the continuum (investigator sponsored studies, collaborative sponsored studies, GSK sponsored studies). Serve as a scientific, clinical, and medical content expert and partner within all areas of Medical Affairs (e.g. Medical Directors, Medical Communications, Medical Establish and maintain a compliant, supportive partnership with Sales team and other counterparts within the Commercial organization. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in medicine with proven experience in the respiratory or allergology field. 2-3 years in the position (MSL) and therapeutic area (respiratory or allergology). English level: advanced. Demonstrable knowledge on the Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and ways of working of private insurance companies, healthcare organizations, general health council and local regulatory agency. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills Ability to travel (% varies with geographic responsibility). Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Medical specialization in the therapeutic area is desirable (e.g. pulmonology, allergology). Why GSK?
