If so, this Field Based Medical Affairs Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore. As a Field Based Medical Affairs Manager, you will provide an expert interface between GSK Medical and the external healthcare community on medical topics. You will also help ensure the safe and effective use of GSK medicines through appropriate scientific dialogue. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Establish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations, and scientific societies to address information needs and gather insights for medical and research strategies. Deliver on-label scientific content at promotional group meetings, ensuring accurate and compliant communication. Provide senior-level MSL expertise while supporting and mentoring less experienced MSLs to enhance team performance. Develop and execute MSL operational plans aligned with business goals and objectives. Identify and engage External Experts (EEs), including HCPs, pharmacists, and patient groups, to gather valuable insights on specific disease areas and unmet medical needs. Support clinical development by assisting in site identification, addressing scientific issues, and providing medical insights to enhance the development of valuable medicines for patients. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree Experience as a medical science liaison Experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or medical research Experience interpreting and communicating scientific data and statistics Experience in Haematology field Advanced English Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master’s degree in Science, PhD or MD Experience in multiple myeloma Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why GSK?
