ARSIEM is looking for an experienced Senior Mentor to provide geolocation and language analysis and/or mentoring and training support to geolocation operators. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities + Provide mentoring and training support to geolocation operators. + Experienced geolocation and language analysis operations in support of real-world missions. Minimum Qualifications + Willingness to support 24/7/365 operations. Shift work may be required. + Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the past 7 years of operational experience related to real-time collection and/or reporting of military operations using desired tools and databases + Current instructor certification in passive geolocation technologies (Passive Geolocation Sr Mentor) + Minimum of two years’ instructor experience OR the Passive Geolocation Course (Passive Geolocation Sr Mentor) + Experience as an on-shift mission manager (Mission Manager Sr Mentor) The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
