Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Logistics and Engineering (GILE) program, Team V2X will provide: global multi-disciplined engineering; facilities; sustainment and maintenance of non-standard (non-Program of Record) and Program of Record intelligence systems to include the integration of new intelligence technologies and capabilities; Portal management; hardware design and integration; network management; technology development and application; and supply chain / logistics support to INSCOM, U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Army Intelligence, Joint Forces, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community (IC). Team V2X will enable INSCOM’s mission of anticipating requirements and employing innovative techniques to equip and sustain Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities. As a dedicated partner to INSCOM G4, Team V2X is committed to enhancing readiness as part of Combined, Joint, and IC interdependent teams supporting tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, personnel, ground and aerial intelligence equipment, operation facilities, and infrastructure from multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
+ Develop and update training objectives, training strategies, Programs of Instruction (POI), Lesson Plans (LPs), training charts, training aids, surveys, and other training material.
+ Coordinate with requiring organizations and develop training schedules.
+ Coordinate training equipment / systems sustainment and other resources to ensure an effective training program.
+ Provide formal written and verbal feedback to students and other interested parties with regard to student capabilities to perform learned skills in strategic and tactical environments.
+ Instruct students in tasks required to perform preventative maintenance, system operation, and interpretation of Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) message results at the operator level.
+ Instruct students on the complete warm-up and checkout procedures used in preparation for systems operation.
+ Instruct students in proper site selection, equipment set-up, initialization procedures, system operation under adverse conditions, and preparation for movement and redeployment.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
+ For Maintenance Trainers, Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Logistics from an accredited college / university plus four (4) years of military / civilian equivalent experience in MI Systems Maintenance and Integration; OR
+ For SIGINT Trainers, Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Political Science, Psychology area from an accredited university plus four (4) years of military or civilian equivalent experience in SIGINT, OR
+ Associate's degree or Technical Certification from an accredited institution and six (6) years of military or civilian equivalent experience as an MI Systems Maintenance and Integration; OR
+ SIGINT Instructor or Intelligence Center of Excellence Master Instructor certification on the respective area.
Security Clearance Requirement:
+ Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
+ Some positions or assignments may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially those requiring access to TDN2.
Experience / Skills:
+ For MI Systems Maintenance and Integration Trainers, expert knowledge on MI Systems set up, configuration, test operation, fault isolation, repair, tear down, and preparation for movement / transportation.
+ For SIGINT Trainers, expert knowledge of SIGINT Theory plus SIGINT systems set up, configuration, operations, operator level maintenance, collection, exploitation, analysis, reporting, dissemination, systems tear down, and preparation for movement / transportation.
+ Experience in instructional principles and techniques, lesson plan preparation, instructional objectives, test construction, student counseling, instructional technology, and the use of audiovisual and graphic aids as instructional tools.
+ Understanding of TRADOC regulation 350-70.
+ Command of fluent English (written / oral), including the ability to instruct students. Ability to interpret and explain to students the complete warm-up and checkout procedures used in preparation for systems operation.
+ Application of document classification markings IAW the INSCOM Classification Markings Guidance.
