At ARMA, people are our differentiator. The Senior Military Operations Advisor - Level 3 compiles information to help make decisions regarding military strategy. Responsibilities managing people and resources.

Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.

Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.

Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.

Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.

Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads

Ensuring team m6bers understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

BA/BS (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of experience

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
