JLL Technologies Enterprise Data team is a newly established central organization that oversees JLL’s data strategy. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across our various data platforms You will work with our colleagues at JLL around the globe in providing solutions, developing new products, building enterprise reporting & analytics capability to reshape the business of Commercial Real Estate using the power of AI and data and we are just getting started on that journey!
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI models, algorithms, and systems that drive innovative products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, propose and implement AI solutions, and contribute to shaping our organization's AI strategy. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent programming skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge AI solutions.
As a Senior MLOps Lead at JLL Technologies, you will:
As a Senior MLOps Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML/AI model deployments. You will lead the development of end-to-end ML solutions, from conception to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of MLOps practices, excellent software engineering skills, and have a proven track record of leading MLOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, focusing on automation, reproducibility, and scalability
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for ML models, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes
• Implement MLOps best practices, including version control for data, models, and code
• Create and optimize workflows for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Manage ML artifacts in JFrog and support patterns to deploy models on AKS and EKS
• Establish monitoring and logging systems for ML models in production
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code for ML environments
• Implement and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to streamline the transition from experimentation to production
• Research and integrate new MLOps tools and practices to improve efficiency and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers in MLOps practices and ML workflow optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years focused on ML/AI projects
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in other languages like Node.js or Java
• Extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Proven experience with ML registry and experiment tracking frameworks (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
• In-depth knowledge of feature stores and ML metadata management
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Github, Github Actions, Argo CD)
• Extensive experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Advanced knowledge of monitoring and observability tools for ML systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with LLMOps is a plus
• Experience of building Gen AI RAG frameworks (Langchain, or LLamaIndex)
• Proven track record with ML model registries and model serving platforms
• Extensive experience with ML-specific security and compliance considerations
• Familiarity with vector database (Pinecone, or Faiss, or Weaviate)
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient, scalable ML systems and the ability to bridge the gap between data science and ML engineering. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, continuously learning and adapting to new technologies in the rapidly evolving field of ML/AI and have a proven track record of leading complex MLOps initiatives.
