Position Summary
The Senior Mobile B2B Project Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within key B2B accounts across the Government, Education, and Security sectors. This role supports major business opportunities by identifying the right partners and developing tailored mobile solutions in collaboration with the Suwon Office team.In addition, the position requires close collaboration with sales, service, engineering, and technical support teams across MENA subsidiaries to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer needs, earning approval from key decision-makers.
The primary objective is to expand the MENA B2B deal pipeline by leveraging a matrix organization of subsidiary teams and the Suwon Office, ultimately driving revenue growth.
The Senior Mobile B2B Project Success Manager will cultivate deep expertise in top B2B verticals, such as Government and the Public Sector, while supporting Samsung subsidiaries in forming strategic alliances with high-value accounts. This role involves frequent delegation visits to top accounts, where the manager will promote the full range of Samsung products and solutions through demos and presentations.
Role and Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to manage key accounts effectively.Support subsidiaries in responding to RFPs and RFQs, drafting technical solutions for complex sales pitches based on client requirements, and leading negotiations with end customers.Participate in delegation meetings to present and demonstrate solutions to clients. Consult with subsidiaries and Suwon office to understand client requirements and develop tailored proposals.Identify and on-board specialized partners through MOUs, leveraging their expertise to expand the deal pipeline.Act as the interface between top accounts, resellers, solution providers, and Samsung product managers to address product-related queries.Contribute to the development of a MENA-wide B2B sales growth plan aligned with the company’s vision and mobile division strategy.Collaborate with subsidiaries to implement the plan, ensuring regular progress tracking and adjustments as needed.Create and maintain a comprehensive dashboard in Salesforce to track, monitor, and manage the deal pipeline.Support subsidiaries' customer engagements by attending key meetings, events, and exhibitions.Oversee the bottom-up sales forecasting process and derive actionable insights.Provide in-depth analysis of key customers, market trends, and competitor activities.Monitor developments in top accounts and governments, including regulatory changes, monetary or fiscal policies, budget shifts, large-scale projects, and foreign investments.Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience within a fast-growing environment.Fluent in English, Arabic is a must.Proven experience in sales generation and major accounts engagement.Ability to manage large and complex projects.Deep understanding of B2B Market trends, competitive landscape, and Government regulations Strong analytical skills are a must including the ability to analyze data, derive conclusions, and develop recommendations & insights.Excellent eye for design with PowerPoint presentations to convey storytelling narratives to C-Level.Outstanding relationship management skills.
