Senior MODE Instructor (Columbia, MD) **Senior MODE Instructor** _Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI polygraph_ _Contingent upon contract award_ OTA is looking for a Senior MODE Instructor to design, deliver, and implement comprehensive training programs for SOF operators and authorized Foreign Partner government personnel. This role involves creating and delivering programs of instruction, leading classroom sessions, and facilitating practical exercises focused on advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures for the collection and exploitation of current and emerging technologies and protocols. **Responsibilities** + Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for SIGINT Operations courses and support to Full-Mission Profile course + Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training package to the Government + Attend technical meetings, conferences, design reviews, and/or training regarding technology pursuit, advancements, and equipment designs at Government direction + Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics + Provide written assessments and technical reviews regarding the capabilities and operational employment potential of developing and/or emerging technologies at Government direction + Generate and administer student course evaluations at the conclusion of each course iteration + Coordinate with other Senior Instructors for blocks of instruction and practical exercises support to Full Mission Profile courses + Senior MODE Instructor may also be required to perform the tasks of an Intermediate Instructor + Obtain and/or maintain NSA National Cryptologic School adjunct faculty certification status for any NCS POI to be delivered **Required Qualifications** + 5 years of experience (within last 7 years) in raw SIGINT collection and analysis in a SOF environment, the Intelligence Community, and/or in support of SOF elements + 1 year deployed in a SOF environment + 3 years SIGINT SOF operator in a USSOCOM billet (i.e. @ NSW TIO; MARSOC; USASOC, AFSOC, or JSOC unit) + Current or previous (within recertification window) operator certification in MODE 1/2/3/5 Ground, Remote (as applicable), and Air + Current or previous (within recertification window) Instructor certification in MODE 1/3/5 Ground and Air + Eligible on Day 1 for nomination as Instructor Evaluator: MODE 1/3/5 Ground. + Eligible within 180 days for nomination as Instructor Evaluator: MODE 1/3/5 Air and Remote. + Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills + Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) **--OR--** 2 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction + TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance + A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years **Company Overview** Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) was founded by former National Security and Special Operations professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and was formed with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between operations and technology to enable mission success.
