ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Model Based Systems Engineer** to join our team in the **Lexington Park, MD location** . This is a 100% on-site position. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems + Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation + Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management + Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems **Basic Qualifications:** + A Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree is required in Engineering or an Engineering Discipline + 10+ years recent and relevant Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering/Digital Engineering applications and technology + Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator + This position may require travel within the United States (less than 25%). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with Navy MBSE applications **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active/current Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility + U.S. Citizenship required **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
