You will be joining the Workplace Engineering Practice team with the best of Modern Workplace Consultants, focused on advancing the state of the art in the Modern Workplace Solution areas. Specifically, our goals are to drive customer adoption through Technical Leadership on the most strategic, complex and transformative consulting projects. Our team is at the forefront of innovation, driving value across the entirety of the customer’s digital journey through repeatable and customised cutting-edge solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud. What you’ll do:
* Design and implement cloud technologies, through requirements gathering, client discussions, industry and technical expertise.
* Collaborate with our clients to create innovative solutions.
* Foster collaboration internally through open communication.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies utilising Avanade’s close ties with Microsoft.
* Partaking in virtual teams and communities sharing technical insights and enhancing Avanade’s industry presence.
Skills and experiences:
* 5+ years of proven hands-on technical expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Configuration Manager, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 from solutioning up to and including design and implementation.
* Have passed one or more of the following modern workplace certifications as a minimum: MD-102, AZ140 and/or MS102.
* Proven problem-solving skills, you should have a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within these technologies.
* Security Awareness: Given the importance of security in IT roles, you must be aware of security best practices and have experience in implementing security measures within the Microsoft environment.
* Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, being a continuous self-driven learner.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
