Senior MS Teams Voice Network Integrator Secret Clearance Required Springfield Virginia

MSI is seeking a Senior MS Teams Voice Network Integrator. This position is located in Springfield, VA and will include 10% travel worldwide. Secret clearance required. Position is immediately available and will be with the Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DOS/DT).

You Will

Integrate and operationalize network/voice environment utilizing high-level functional voice systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies of complex solutions. Design and prepare technical reports, data bases, studies, and related documentation, and make charts and graphs that record results.  Deploy hybrid voice solutions in the field while taking into account knowledge of security requirements. Configure MS Teams, Avaya and Cisco Voice, Cisco Routers, Switches and Session Border Controllers to predefined standards in a voice environment. Develop and integrate VOIP, digital and cloud-based voice solutions.

You Need to Have:

Secret Clearance (we will upgrade you to a Top Secret upon hire).

Bachelor's or 5 years of experience directly working with Cisco Collaboration tools in an enterprise environment.

5 years in the last 10 years in the individual’s field of study and specialization.

2 years working on voice systems deployment teams.

3 years of operations experience.

2 years managing and deploying voice solutions in a VOIP and cloud-based environment.      

Technical knowledge and skill in using MS Teams Collaboration applications.  

In-depth knowledge of MS Teams, Teams Admin Center and Direct Route implementations, Cisco’s Unified Communications Product line such as Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection and collaboration applications, features and services (e.g. Webex Meetings Server, CUACA, etc.), Cisco Call Manager versions 10 and above, and Avaya Voice product line.
