REQUIREMNETS:
* 7+ years' Mulesoft or other integration platform and integration strategy experience
* Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, and Anypoint API Manager experience.
* Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Design Principles and Microservice experience
* Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migration, transition into production operations.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or related fields / experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or related fields / experience
Plusses:
* Experience in the B2B and B2C software support domain (eg. Self-service approaches, customer facing support capabilities via applications and/or portals/websites)
* Vendor management (primary contact to drive results of a blended team)
* Aviation experience a plus
Day to Day/Project:
* Design and develop API layers, data models, and API specifications.
* Provide technical expertise and professional experience to assist the team in planning, estimation, and scheduling tasks.
* Experience with Policy, Logging, Auditing and Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
* Works with Platform and Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions
* Test and improve API performance
* Create documentation to gain buy-in and approvals from the team leadership.
* Determine process improvements, best practices, develop new processes by collaborating with the team and the architects.
* Provide 24/7 on call support for customer facing systems.
* Remain current on new technologies; evaluate and make recommendations as necessary working with the team and the architects.
* Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.
