Senior MYA Sales/Commercial Manager
Job Description SummaryThe MYA SWAT/Commercial Manager will be an integral member of the Commercial Operations team in MEA made of technical, legal and financial functions, assembled to build proposals/bids and successfully close contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment for Multi Year Agreements (MYA).
The SWAT/Commercial Manager, MYA’s will manage the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process within his/her scope and will be responsible for pulling all necessary resources in order to submit

Job DescriptionPartner with sales to define the commercial strategyLeverage knowledge of MYA offerings to improve win rate on this segmentLead the overall proposal development, by bringing key stakeholders (finance, engineering, product line, tax, risk, legal, Order to Remittance - OTR, among others) to implement the overall technical and commercial deal strategy Present deals for delegation of authority approvals and ensure ITO process compliance, including review of terms and conditions & risk management assessmentParticipate in Quality initiatives within ITO to drive process rigor and/or improvementsWork with Sales for contract negotiations with customers Lead a flawless ITO to OTR hand-over process after contract award 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.Proven years of commercial and/ or technical experience in power generation industryExperience in a business role, including experience with customer specification review, proposal development and contract negotiationsAbility to speak Arabic & English fluentlyMust be willing to travel up to 50%
