Blink is at the forefront of the consumer electronics home security market, and is the result of one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns ever. We have been growing at an astounding rate since the first product introduction in 2016. We are seeking a creative, customer-obsessed and results-driven Senior National Account Manager to oversee our Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts.
In this role, you will work cross functionally with Retailer contacts and business leaders across the company—GTM, Channel, Sales Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal—to strengthen Blink’s strategic position in the Offline (retail) channel and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a combination of sales, marketing, analytics, and working with Mass Retailers. In this role you’ll be wearing many hats, so you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects and work quickly.
Key job responsibilities
•Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets across key retailer accounts through strategic planning and execution
•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies to maximize brand presence and sales performance in key retailers
•Lead product bundling initiatives, including strategy development, sales forecasting, and launch execution
•Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners while identifying opportunities for SKU expansion and category growth
•Spearhead strategic business planning with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive profitable growth
•Analyze market trends and sales data to create compelling business cases for product line expansion
•Establish and optimize best-in-class account management practices, implementing data-driven approaches to improve retail performance metrics
•Design and execute scalable frameworks that enhance retailer KPIs and strengthen partner relationships
•Provide proactive communication and strategic guidance to leadership team regarding business opportunities, challenges, and milestone achievements
