Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Navy Human Systems Integration Engineer** to join our team in **Washington, DC** . **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Work will involve providing integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of requirements, concepts, and resources for human factors engineering, manpower, personnel, training, safety and occupational health, force protection and survivability, and habitability. + Ensure human performance is optimized to increase total system performance and minimize total system ownership costs. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 10+ years professional experience in human factors engineering. + Bachelor’s degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics **Preferred Qualifications:** + 15+ years of relevant Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems. **Clearance Requirements:** + U.S. Citizenship + Interim Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
