A Senior Negotiator is responsible for managing the leasing activities of industrial and logistics properties. This role involves proactive tenants business development, developing and implementing leasing strategies, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring properties are effectively marketed to achieve optimal occupancy and profitability.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Leasing Strategies: Proactively approach Tenants by creating and executing leasing strategies in order to attract and/or retain tenants,Market Research: Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.Lease Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants, ensuring agreements meet both the landlord's and tenant's needs.Marketing and Advertising: Oversee the marketing and advertising of available properties to attract prospective tenants.Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing any concerns and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.Team Management: Supervise and train leasing staff to ensure efficient and effective leasing operations.Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.Reporting: Prepare and analyse leasing reports for management review.Qualifications:
Experience: Several years of experience in logistics or leasing, particularly in the industrial and logistics sector.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Education: A bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.English on minimum B2 level.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
