As a Senior NetSuite Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system (release 2024.2) to support various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You Will:Customize and configure NetSuite modules based on business requirements, and create customized reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of the finance teamCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system modifications and improvementsTest, validate and document system changes in accordance with SOX requirementsImplement and maintain workflows, scripts, and custom fields to enhance system functionality, efficiency and usabilityTroubleshoot and resolve system or data integrity issues, providing timely support to end-usersDevelop and maintain documentation for system processes and proceduresImplement and manage system integrations with third-party applications such as Workday, Brex, Zip, etc., ensuring seamless data flow between systemsAssist with coordination of user access reviews and system/monitoring controls to ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirementsWork closely with internal and external auditors on walkthroughs and testing of Netsuite related Information technology general controls (ITGCs) and Information Technology Automated Controls (ITACs)Stay current with NetSuite updates and best practices, applying them to optimize system performanceYou Have:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experienceAt least 8-10 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, of which at least 3 years are at a public company; knowledge and experience with other ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday) a plusData analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite) is helpful NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferredExperience with system implementations and working with third-party applicationsExperience with change management by building, testing, and deploying changes across multiple environmentsYou Are:An excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skillsA strong communicator with interpersonal skillsAble to work independently and resolve issuesAble to work collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrityQuick to learn new systems and APIs

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range$170,340—$206,720 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
