Senior Network Analyst:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in a hybrid environment, requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Network Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring network incidents, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication within the network infrastructure.
We will count on you to:
Monitor network incidents and alerts, ensuring timely response and resolution.Perform troubleshooting for network issues and escalate to specialized teams when necessary.Serve as the first line of support, managing incidents and ensuring effective communication until resolution.Review and manage incidents until they are resolved, acting as the primary contact for Level 1 support.What you need to have:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP) is required.A minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations or support roles.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of networking concepts and tools, with proficiency in English.What makes you stand out:
