Your Mission
Support a dynamic and mission-driven environment by designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures. You will work with a team of engineers to optimize end-to-end system performance, minimize network latency, and ensure secure, high-speed connectivity. Your expertise will contribute to strategic modernization efforts and enhancements for large-scale telecommunications infrastructures.You Will Excel in This Role If You Are:Skilled in designing and optimizing network architectures to support front-end and back-end componentsExperienced in conducting data captures for network performance analysisProficient in minimizing network latency and maximizing data throughput using design analysis and monitoring toolsAdept at configuring and optimizing networks for various applications, including load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, VoIP, and encryption technologiesComfortable working with Virtual Networking (NSX) and Arista networking solutionsCapable of managing network diagrams, accreditations, and documentation for compliance and operational efficiencyAble to lead large-scale installation projects and provide guidance to junior engineersA Day in the Life:Designing and implementing network solutions to meet business and mission requirementsManaging LAN, CAN, and WAN infrastructures, coordinating cutovers, and troubleshooting incidentsOverseeing network hardware and software integration to meet ISO 9000 and DoD/IC regulatory standardsProviding hands-on support for Cisco, VMware, and Linux/Windows environmentsOptimizing network performance through continuous monitoring and proactive maintenanceLeading efforts to modernize and enhance telecommunications infrastructureCollaborating with end users, operations teams, and program management to address network challengesDeveloping algorithms and models for advanced networking and telecommunications systemsMust Have:TS/SCI with polygraph clearanceMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (A Bachelor’s degree and two (2) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree)Ten (10) years of experience providing Network Engineering support and trainingInformation Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification as defined by DoD Experience with Cisco, VMware, and Linux/Windows supportNice to Have:Experience with Virtual Networking (NSX) and Arista networking solutionsStrong background in network security, VoIP, VPNs, and firewall managementAbility to lead and mentor junior engineersExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environmentsAbout us: We are an experienced advanced analytic development company providing Cyber solutions to current and emerging missions.
