What will you do?

You will provide support and have ownership of incidents in the routing & switching, security and VOIP within the network domain. Shall also work closely and interlock with the other workgroups within the IT Infrastructure in addressing issues, raising initiatives for improvement, and keeping an intact, secured network.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Takes part in service improvement within domain technology and process to improve customer experience, efficiency and reduce cost.

Works with the project team as a resource person for domain -related project pre and post cut-over.

Takes part in documents as-built, knowledge articles, and drives good housekeeping regarding documentation, maintenance schedules and best

practices.

Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment

Identifies and takes part in Aurecon’s Risk Management process.

Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions

Performs technical analysis of system issues and outages as they occur across enterprise networks.

Performs Systems Testing and defined routine tasks

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and adaptability to varying request. Continuously provide guidance, technical advice, and mentoring to other members of the team ensuring all processes are followed and within the agreed SLA. This role may be required to work with the projects team being informed, consulted or at times responsible for some domain related tasks. You will also need the following: 

Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

Relevant certifications (CCNP and/or CCNP security, Azure Networking)

8 to 10+ years working experience in the Network Technology with experiencing in enterprise level, with diverse and varied environments across multiple customers.

Strong experience in Network security technology, authentication mode, e.g. ISE & 802.1x, Windows EAP+TEAP.

Intermediate to advance experience with load balancer appliance required (F5)

Intermediate to advance experience with Voice technology, including but not limited to Call Manager, etc.

Intermediate to advance experience with ASA Firewall, Anyconnect VPN.

Intermediate to advance knowledge and experience in zScaler technology

Willing to work & coordinate with the Project team as a resource person of the project

Experience in monitoring and perform troubleshooting, including packet accurate packet analysis.

Strong experience in hands-on and remote support in the key technology areas.

Propose proof of concept and implement Changes.
