The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA) and focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity. The Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required. **What you'll be doing** + Degree BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics or higher/Diploma in Computer Science with CCNA/CCNP Certification. + Total 5 to 7 years of experience Network Administrator. + Hand on experience must have in Switching, routing, OSPF, BGP, Nexus platform, ACI + Hands on experience on Multicast ,ACI or equivalent technologies from below OEM platforms ,ISE ,Nexus switching, ASR ,VMware NSX. + Engineer should have expertise in areas like troubleshooting and handling of various Networking devices and technology viz., Networking (LAN/WAN), switches, Routers etc. + Configuration and Management of Network devices. + Understanding, Configuration and administration of Cisco ACI solution. + Network devices HA configuration build, monitor & support Experience in Network Infrastructure solutions review . + Experience in performance management and capacity planning for Network requirements Experience in DR solution design, build and support Escalation Management + Good communication skills **Workplace type** **:** On-site Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
