The Role
Functioning as a direct report to their respective regional Network & Voice Operations Manager, the role will be pivotal in the maintenance and development of the JLL global network infrastructure.Will have excellent written, verbal and documentation skills.Liaising with JLL technology teams and strategic outsource partners, to ensure all solutions and implementations are delivered to the highest standards and ensure a smooth transition to the Business-As-Usual function following the agreed processes.Overseeing analysis, design, installation, and configuration of network infrastructure components in line with global standardsWork closely with appropriate regional and global vendors to ensure that the JLL global network infrastructure is robust, resilient, and highly available in line with business expectations.Responsibilities
Interaction and direction of managed assigned projects and programme components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.Shared responsibility of the JLL global network infrastructure within the Data Centre locations to ensure global standards are being adhered toShared responsibility of the JLL global network infrastructure within all branch locations to ensure global standards are being adhered toProvide escalation level support for BAU teams in high priority incidents.Ongoing management of WAN circuits, bandwidth, and circuit performance monitoring, reporting, and trending.Provide resource to the PMO function for multiple project initiatives such as office moves, mergers, and new project installs either remotely or on site.Configures new sites on Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and perform Wireless site surveys using Ekahau technologies.Configures a wide range of networking technologies for Data Centre and Branch office locations such as Cisco LAN/WAN, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 Load Balancers and VPN appliances.Deployment and support of Microsoft Azure Networking technologies.Sounds like you? Experience
Minimum of five years’ experience in geographically dispersed large enterprise networksMinimum of five years’ experience with various Cisco technologies.Experience in the design, configuration and maintenance of the following:Cisco Routing and Switching including Cisco Nexus and Cisco Catalyst IOS-XECisco WirelessCisco Identity Services EngineCisco MerakiCisco Webex Room Collaboration TechnologiesPalo Alto FirewallsF5 Load BalancersMicrosoft Azure NetworkingThe Individual
