**Senior Network Technician** Start: **ASAP** Location: **Pittsford, NY – work is onsite** Contract Length: **6 months, likely to extend** Shift: **8 to 5 PM** Pay: **$35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)** **Responsibilities:** • Support the day-to-day salesforce needs of the business globally to ensure operational flow. • Manage user support requests & escalations and respond in a timely manner. • Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the system to meet their needs. • Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks on time within an Agile development process. • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about system and improvements. • Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups. • Works with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly. • Works with Data Integrity Specialist to identify, merge, clean-up data. **Qualifications:** • Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud • Ability to work independently and proactively • Excellent project management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of databases Enterprise software systems Zoom phone (management) Good Communication Skills • Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology **Applications:** MS Office 365 Teams SharePoint SAP Business Objects BluJay (preferred not required) Salesforce.com Validity MS SQL experience Zoom **Pay Details:** $35.00 to $45.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
