Our client in the Printing Industry is looking to hire a Senior Office Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Daily reports drawn for various processes
· Daily Petty cash management and report to HQ end of month
· Customer liaison (email and telephonic)
· Quotations
· Management of documents in process
· Follow-up of various documentation in process
· Adhoc tasks as required
· Stationery and offices purchase from suppliers
· Management of company cars (services / tyres / licences)
· Ensuring fuel and travel logs are completed and submitted to HQ weekly
Requirements
Skills
· MS office (Excel / word)
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Great Client Liaison skills
