Gundersen Health System is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant! In this role, you’ll provide advanced administrative support to multiple departments or a division, helping to coordinate projects, manage complex schedules, and serve as a mentor to other office assistants. What’s Available:

32 hours/week

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Location: Onalaska, onsite

Support multiple departments or a division with high-level administrative tasks

Opportunities to lead or assist with divisional projects, events, and educational sessions

What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent

Post-high school training (minimum one year) in Business, Administrative, or related field

3–4 years of experience in an office, secretarial, or administrative setting

Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Bonus if you have:

Associate degree in a related field

Experience in a healthcare setting

Master Certification in Microsoft Office Suite
