We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Office Engineer to join our Construction Services team. This role involves providing technical support and overseeing critical aspects of project administration to ensure compliance with project requirements and operational efficiency. With several municipal projects currently in progress, this position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to the success of our growing team.\n

Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Office Engineer\n\nManage and organize project documentation, including contractor submittals, change orders, progress payments, meeting agendas and minutes, and other essential records\nSupport and maintain an effective document control system, ensuring accuracy, version control, appropriate access, and proper archiving\nCollaborate with the Resident Engineer and field staff to monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and address issues related to cost, schedule, and quality control\nCoordinate and facilitate project workflows, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements\nConduct occasional site visits to observe construction progress, assist in resolving technical issues, and verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards\nWork independently and as part of a team to provide technical and administrative support across multiple projects\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Office Engineer\n\nExperience with WSDOT Specifications, WSDOT LAG Manual guidelines & WSDOT Construction Manual\n10+ years of experience in related role\nAbility to travel to various job sites and\/or work in the field in project job trailers\nAbility to read and understand project plans and specifications\nFamiliar with Federally Funded project requirements\n\n

Preferred Qualifications for our Senior Office Engineer\n\nBachelor's Degree in related field\nExperience with Procore, Excel, and other related programs\n\n
