Responsibilities:

Perform daily pre-bind and post-bind underwriting tasks in compliance with regulatory requirements. Communicate with policy administration staff for new business, renewal, and endorsements, providing guidance on complex process handling. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) of business and operational initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and brokers to ensure efficient credit control, claims handling, and risk information management. Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to enhance policy administration efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably with experience in agency broker admin / UAT support  Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent command of English and Cantonese, with Mandarin proficiency preferred. Proactive, independent, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
