Main Tasks:
- Single point of contact with site logistics and yard management, Responsible for daily loading station coordination
- Drives coordination among customer service, planner, production, site logistics and logistics service provider about loading/unloading plan, transportation demand plan, loading station resource availability
- Manage logistics and work with customer service and sales to ensure reliable delivery with efficient manner
- Manage the site logistic operations for chemical materials including DEG, TEG, MGs, Aromatics etc. by working closely with site logistic platform and adjust for any uncertain situation (e.g., truck delay or loading equipment safety issues) and manage off site logistics (e.g. 3rd party terminal and warehouse, last mile transportation etc)
- Drive decision for logistics related topic with customer service, planner, production and site logistic for all the materials movement (Raw material receiving, material transfer within site between central and cluster warehouse, etc.) to support production execution smoothly
- Monitor logistics process and analyze logistics data to optimize process and enhance logistics operation efficiency
- Logistics service provider management, ensure logistics service provider, including transportation, terminal/warehouse, carrier follow agreed service level and meet our request
- Initiate and support logistics cost saving activities
- Responsible to manage ship demurrage in minimum level
- Work with related functions to make high standard of material, transportation safety, emergency response for logistics accidents in both marine and land transportation scope


Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, Logistic or supply chain are preferred
- Working Experience: at least 3 years in logistic operation field, maritime and chemical industry is preferred
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Excel, Power BI, OMP or similar planning tools is preferred
- Good communication with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in both written and spoken in English as well as Chinese
- Team spirit and high willingness to collaborate across different functions
