Job Description:

Formulate and deliver recruitment plan and strategies

Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop managers’ capability and knowledge on recruitment 

Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment results

Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies’ recruitment situation 

Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders

Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives

Support on other projects and events within department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree holder

Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience

Proven experience in MCI Agency recruitment process

Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Driven, well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
