Content Development and Stakeholder Communication

Develop and deliver compelling content for internal and external stakeholders, including newsletters, electronic direct mail (eDM), and other relevant materialsCreate engaging social media content to increase brand visibility and engagementWrite SEO-optimized blog posts to improve online presence and drive trafficCollaborate with internal departments to gather information and secure necessary approvalsWork closely with designers or external vendors to produce visually appealing and on-brand materials

Media Relations Management

Prepare press releases and other media materials, ensuring proper internal review and approvalsDevelop and maintain relationships with key media representativesAssist in organizing and executing media events, press conferences, and interviews to engage media representatives and stimulate positive media exposureWork closely with external PR agencies to align strategies and maximize media opportunities

Awards Pitching and Strategy

Prepare and coordinate award applications and pitchingManage and coordinate award presentation functions and award packagesIncorporate award logos or award materials into marketing materials and sales materials
